My wife spent a small fortune with the St.Albans Bridgestone trying to get her 2011 V6 Passat repaired, they concluded there was a broken oil ring and the car needed a rebuild or change over engine, I found this a little confusing as the cylinder pressure test showed every pot delivering the same compression. After much research we towed the car over to JL Prestige where James and the guys went to work testing the vehicle until the fault could be replicated at which time they established it was a faulty spark plug (not a broken oil ring) which when changed rectified everything. I went web searching for a reliable VW specialist in the outer east for a general service on a 2019 Maxi Caddy that I have owned since new. I have used dealers and other VW workshops in the past only to be charged huge amounts for basic repairs or service. I called in and met Cameron who was courteous, knowledgeable and provided up front the cost of servicing the vehicle. (Very reasonable in comparison to others). Made a booking, dropped it off and had it back within 1.5 hrs. Slight additional cost for replacement of a Air Con filter which I agreed to after being notified via a telephone call.I could not be happier and certainly I will be a returning customer to JL Automotive

I had my Amarok in for a timing belt. Price was good, communication excellent. Had been recommended my 3 others to have my VW serviced here. Highly recommend.
